Terms of Service

These terms apply to all orders placed with CosyCart UK on this website. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Orders: Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm dispatch. If we cannot supply an item we will tell you and refund you in full.

Prices: All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include free UK delivery. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed. If an item is clearly mispriced by mistake, we may cancel the order and refund you.

Payment: Payment is taken securely at checkout through Shopify Payments. We never see or store your full card details.

Delivery: Delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy.

Cancellations, returns and refunds: These are set out in our Return and Refund Policy. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are not affected.

Product information: We aim to describe and picture products accurately. Colours may vary slightly between screens. Electrical items must be used as instructed.

Liability: Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited by law.

Privacy: How we use your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Law: These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You may bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the UK where you live.
