Return and Refund Policy

14-day right to cancel: Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Tell us by emailing info.orbixltd@techie.com with your order number. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back. We will email you the return address.

Condition: Items should be unused and in their original packaging where possible. We may reduce a refund if an item has been handled more than needed to inspect it.

Return postage: For change-of-mind returns, you pay the return postage. We recommend a tracked service.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items: If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or a full refund, including delivery costs. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Refunds: We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item (or proof that you have sent it back). For faulty items we refund within 14 days of agreeing the refund.

Late or missing orders: Orders usually arrive in 7-12 working days. If your order has not arrived after 20 working days, contact us and we will resend it or refund you in full.
