Customer Review Policy

Last updated: 6 October 2026

At CosyCart UK (operated by ORBIX TECHNOLOGIES LTD, company no. 16973554) we want every review on our website to be genuine, so you can trust what you read before you buy. This policy explains how we collect, check and publish customer reviews, in line with the UK Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 and the Competition and Markets Authority's guidance on fake reviews.

1. Who can leave a review

  • Reviews are collected through our review platform, Judge.me.
  • After your order has been delivered, we may email you an invitation to review the product you bought. Reviews submitted through these invitations are marked as from a verified buyer.
  • We invite all customers to review, not just those we expect to be happy.

2. What we never do

  • We never write, buy or commission fake reviews, and we never ask friends, family or staff to post reviews.
  • We never hide, delete or delay genuine negative reviews, and we don't publish positive reviews ahead of negative ones to give a misleading impression.
  • We never copy reviews from suppliers, marketplaces or other websites and present them as reviews of our shop.
  • We never offer payment or other rewards in return for a positive review.

3. Incentives

If we ever offer an incentive for leaving a review (for example a discount on a future order), it will be offered whether the review is positive or negative, and any review left in exchange for an incentive will be clearly labelled as incentivised.

4. How we moderate reviews

We publish all genuine reviews, whether positive or negative. We will only remove or decline a review if it:

  • is abusive, offensive, discriminatory or threatening;
  • contains someone's personal information (such as an address, phone number or email);
  • is spam, advertising or clearly unrelated to the product or our service;
  • appears to be fake, or was not written by a genuine customer; or
  • is unlawful or infringes someone else's rights.

We don't edit the wording of reviews. We may reply publicly to a review, including negative ones, to help resolve an issue.

5. How star ratings are calculated

The star rating shown for a product is the average of all published reviews for that product, and the number of reviews is shown next to it.

6. Reporting a suspicious review

If you think a review on our site is fake or misleading, please tell us through our contact page. We will investigate and remove any review we find is not genuine.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page.
