Shipping Policy

Free UK delivery on every order. No minimum spend.

Where we deliver: United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland).

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1-3 working days.

Delivery time: Most orders arrive within 7-12 working days of being placed. Some items are sent from our international partner warehouse, so separate items in one order may arrive in separate parcels.

Tracking: Every order is tracked. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Christmas: To receive your order before Christmas, please order by 5 December.

Late or missing parcels: If your order has not arrived within 20 working days, email info.orbixltd@techie.com and we will resend it or refund you in full.
